Artibus is a shared studio space for ceramicists in Malmö, established in 2017 with the vision of making it easier for ceramicists to make a living from their craft. We are a large network of ceramicists with different styles, backgrounds, and levels of experience. Sharing a studio with us means not only sharing space and tools, but also experiences and ideas.
Artibus has three member-based studios, and together we run a cooperative shop and offer ceramic workshops at Södra Förstadsgatan 70 in Malmö.
Artibus was founded and is run by Johanna Hedlund.
By providing a space where artists can play, grow, and master their craft, ARTIBUS empowers everyday individuals to become advanced artisans. In doing so, it opens doors to working less, creating more art and fostering an inclusive community where creativity thrives and everyone feels a sense of belonging
